If I am not mistaken, the private investors are paid back a dollar value in shares. If they lent $50K. They get $50K back plus whatever interest rate agreed upon. It doesn't matter what the share price is to them. They get the same amount of money regardless. The lower the share price, the more shares go into the OS. This is why the AS is 2Billion now. Days like this with huge volume are good. We are eating up the 504 shares.


I guess one way to look at is that the private investors are lenders, using the stock as collateral and repayment.
