Gee, I almost feel sorry for the co after reading of all the hardships they face lol. Two things killed this stock and helped to erode all investor confidence imo. The pinky slide and the surprise r/s. The pinky gift in itself was not the problem as was the explanation and the failed promise to correct the mistake that was pr'd . A simple omittance of the auditors consent, lol, now they say they are not compliant ! The r/s imo crippled this stock, like everyone knew it would including the co who decided it was time to " attract new investors. lol Blame Sarbane Oxley if you like, but I blame the ceo and the ir dept for the current condition of this co, why do you think after all this time none of the important issues have been addressed ? It would take all but 15 minutes to have addressed any of the questions that have been posted here, shrhldrs shouldn't have to beg for the truth. You can't blame Sarbane Oxley for the r/s or the filing " mishap " or the missleading statementS from IR.
