I THINK they have found a way to do JUST THAT,They can easily say something to the effect of-" Because of some personel reasons all Board members could not be present" or- It had to be timed this way so as all "COUNTRIES WOULD BE PRESENT "
Either way I do believe we will be waiting Untill SEPTEMBER.
WILL they do a Re-Valuation Before this is anyone's guess.
They are sure useing every stall tactic they can think of. JMO. Rick c
