Yep, easy...reading their filing a few month ago..I knew they were screwing us...BUT had big hopes of exiting on a quick run...never happened..and now the financing..ghee...did you see what the warrant were priced...??
read the filing again..all the money goes to the owners private companies..nothing to CKEI...this is just a financing tool for their private business..which is the delivery part of the oil..the delivery part is owned by the owners CIRILLO and his brother...well sold my last 400k today...good luck to all longtimers..made some money on it last year so break even..
another pinky gone from my portfolio..LOL thats the positive part of it...NO more new pinky stinky for my portfolio..90% are scams..so the odds to hit a winner are worse 3x worse than roulette..!!
