(PRZ), one of the nation's leading providers of pain-focused medical and surgical solutions and services, today announced that it has completed a key transaction associated with the Company's comprehensive financial restructuring plan. Specifically, PainCare sold the Maryland-based Center for Pain Management ASC, LLC back to its original shareholders in a transaction that also provided for the original shareholders to repurchase the associated pain practice, Center for Pain Management, LLC.
