Agree on the +10 million shares needing to trade.

I think the overhang is due to the previous financing deals SQUM did prior to Biometric Investors coming on board in April. I believe some of the investors in that group received warrants in addition to the common issued at .21 which has now become unrestricted as the 12 month period has come to expiration.
