I don't have real-time Level II but I do look at the delayed Level II on otc.com and have noticed for a long time the 100 and 200 share trades at the end of the day that never made any sense to me except to move the pps one way or the other. Commission alone with TD Waterhouse is $29.00 for penny stocks. I also noticed that just days before the March 15th PR and also the Staples news that the pps dropped sharply just before. Like someone was picking up shares on the cheap knowing the news was just about to be released. I got lucky and picked up shares at .155 just two days before the Staples news came out.
