Someone on one of the various PBLS boards pondered whether PBLS would announce the big PR on Friday the 15th, getting listed on the octqx on the following Monday. In looking at other companies that are listed in the Prime or Premier categories, the day of the week that they begin that new listing has no real pattern, meaning it probably occurs when the paperwork is done if they are already on the pinks. The PRs coincide with the listing date (effective that day). When the stock I mentioned in a previous post moved from amex, that stock did start on a Monday.
