Gateway saying its replaceable in a FAQ or Press Release is one thing. Notice, you will not find that posted anywhere on thier site. That's a clue. If it was replaceable, that would be quite a feature to advertise, eh?

Hearing it from an $8/hr Gateway CSR is another thing altogether. It's a brand new product. You figure it out :D
