REPROS VALUATION QUESTION AGAIN


I think its important for this board to discuss valuation
potential for Repros......many are looking at potential
market and applying a multiple on sales, leading to
some very large valuations......the question is what are
these drugs really worth to RPRX because they have no
ability to bring these drugs to market themselves....

for example....amgen bought a drug ILY101 from a private
company...completed phase 2 successfully...analysts say
the drug could have sales of 500 to 1BB by 2015...
purchase price was $420MM...

So maybe we should be analyzing sales potential and putting
a percentage of 50- 75 % for todays value to RPRX ...
and of course thats if they pass the FDA hurdle for QOL
and the safety data for proellex...

I guess I am coming around to the idea that the ultimate
value may be a lot less than some think...substantial but
not the huge homerun ball

androxal worth 250 to 300MM...assuming good QOL decision
Proellex worth 400 to 500 if successfull...

what do you guys think??
