From your post, I assume you are fully aware that the Specialist and RP do not see eye to eye, with several complaints having been put in about them and the way they handle TKO stock.
I even heard a rumour that it was the Specialist who shopped TKO to the AMEX about the independent board member who turned out to not be independent, so lots of games going on in the background, talking of which, we still haven`t seen a PR from TKO confirming the Amex/SEC are now satisfied even though TKO feel they have satisfied all demands of the SEC/Amex.
I know people say the Specialist is there to keep an even keel to the trading of the stock, unfortunately this Specialist does seem to have it in for TKO and I can understand why RP wants to get on the Nasdaq ASAP and away from the manipulations that go on with the AMEX trading platform.
Stock should be running now on the run of PR`s we`ve had, it isn`t and currently down on yesterday as I write this.
