Well Rich, the only problem with your idea of DD is either you have been to Chile and seen the property, snooped around and talked to the locals, scoured the property tax books and found out ownership and done a lenghty study of the history of the mining industry and this particular property or....

Scoured the internet looking for information pro and con about what is happening and decided the potential out weighs the risk. Or....

Know someone on the BOD of one or both of these companies who is while not actually giving you info is providing you with enough to keep you interested. Or....

Done all of the above.

I agree with you that this has a huge potential upside. We all do that is mainly why most of us are so frustrated. I also agree this is going to take some time. All of the things you mentioned are correct.

The problem comes down to one of honesty and integrity. Tell us one thing and do the other. Say this to one person and something else to another. Put out a PR saying more info and explainations to follow and not follow up. Be under a NDA but let out a little here and a little there.

The JV partners are either interested or they aren't. Sumi, supposedly has been on the property since Feb. 06. That would be 17 months. There are others lined up to buy in. Les speak is one thing, then another.

Like the man said, "Time to light this candle". BS is not going to cut it. There is information that the companies can release they just won't.

While I won't short circuit your investment some of us have huge money in this. And the only thing we see is more BS.
The frustration level only grows cecause either Les says something and then says something else or the companies say something and don't follow up.

And the real qustion is how long do you wait?
