Frugal, the company has got to be in constant contact with the Rig manufacturer/distributor. If they know about delays they should be PRd right away. You can't wait till the last possible minute and say "Ooops, we have another 2 week delay" or send emails to investors stating it's now the 2nd or 3rd week. It's an expensive piece of equipment and the distributors should have a good sense for when the rigs can be delivered. I'll repeat it's put up or shut up time.
