NEWS JUST OUT: REVENUES ESTIMATED

NSHV (.029) Releases ProForma Revenues & Earnings for 2007 and 2008

Business Wire "US Press Releases "

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Nashville Records, Inc. (Pink Sheets: NSHV) has announced its ProForma Revenues & Earnings for 2007 and 2008.

Projected 2007 Revenue/Earnings are $12 million and $4.5 million respectively. Fiscal 2008 Revenue/Earnings are $25 million and $9.8 million respectively. 2008 ProForma Revenue/Earnings will include the Company's newly secured anti-piracy technology. On June 5, 2007 the contracts were signed, giving ownership to Nashville Records(TM).

Industry analysts indicate no technology has solved piracy, but with the advent of this technology...that could change. The VP of Development for the Company, John Taylor says "there are three ingredients that others who have tried anti-piracy have missed. Nashville Records(TM) has those ingredients."

Industry sources indicate millions of illegal downloads are facilitated daily and it's practically impossible to catch the perpetrators. According to past studies, the music industry loses 4.5 billion dollars to piracy annually. Because of Internet newsgroups new estimates may be $40 billion lost to piracy.

According to Taylor all purchased music can be copied for personal use; but, if released into the wild, the perpetrator is headed for trouble.

-- The technology will tag songs, leaving a traceable path to the
purchaser.

-- Serial numbers will embed into radio promotional media and the
technology can find radio piracy violators as well.

-- The database scans serials without human intervention. If a
piracy violation occurs, a notification will alert the
subscriber, plus law officials capable of prosecution.

-- Due to complex algorithms, encoding, and multiple random
generated embedding, reverse engineering or "stripping" a
serial will be next to impossible.

Buyers must understand they don't "own" music. Publishers do. Buyers are given a user license similar to Microsoft EULA.
