Maybe while reading Art's post, the lights were flickering on and off because a train derailed and smashed into the garage, a fire started in the kitchen, a bomb went off in the basement and a meteor crashed through the roof of the house just as a home invasion robbery was in progress. Under those circumstances, it could be possible that Art's post may have been misread to say DP blocked Art's email.
