amazing what a few buyers will do to a share price.. every time a lil' momentum starts buyers get afraid and stop whacking the ask, that's not MM manipulation but pure market reaction due to lack of interest.. too many unknowns that are keeping buyers at bay!

a nice start would be for FMLY to update their web site, I'm sure you've spoken to them about that... how did they respond? if they didn't, then that's a BIG part of the problem!
