that's a great post, and I am 100% in favor of anybody and everybody posting, as long as it is constructive and with a purpose----but when a FORMER shareholder starts to talk about filing charges and reporting the co to the SEC (well after they have sold their own shares), then I have a problem with it....where was this constructive criticism when they were shareholders???
