I guess it would be highly unlikely that he may have something to do with any phanthom shares and would definitely benifit with the total collapse of the shareprise to zero thus helping him to avoid buying back his phanthom shares in case someone did question or request a nobo list, Just a thought.

Let me think about that I as a broker in cahouts with others sell phanthom shares an in order to capitalize fully on the money I collected for those shares would need to see the entire company tank thus avoid replacing them with honest shares if I just happened to be investigated.
