There were indeed 3 REGDEX forms (NOT /A) filed on 8/14/2006, 9/7/2006, and 9/27/2006.
I believe the question asked was If theres only one 504, why are there three different REGDEX's? I have yet to hear a legitimate reason backed by a SEC rule.
Him having the documents in my opinion is a moot point, especially as none of us here have proved we have them, aside from the /A forms which are hard to figure out what they are ammending. I certainly haven't, and can't speak as to why there are 3.
