it doesn't work like that. Anything traded at the bid is a sell to market makers. For example, I would sell my shares to the market makers at the bid price, bottom line, someone was getting rid of their shares and selling them. It is not a direct trade ever from investor to investor. It would have been a buy if it was at the ask. That means someone bought shares from the market makers. Notice how on all the technical analysis stuff on this page go down and started to look bad after that trade went through. You do not want to see trades going through at the bid, because they are sells, not buys.
