i really don't see the point. Companies go public so they can use shares as colateral. Execs got 5 million. So what? If you don't like it go to the shareholders meeting. ALRY, although a pinkie, it is not a scam. Management is doing a great job, they deserve to get bonus. Revenues and future EPS can sustain alot more shares. ALRY will be multiples of where it is now very soon. That's why I bought it in the first place, increased my holding multiple times, only wish I had the cash to buy a few million.
