Correct. The Alexa toolbar must be installed to show Alexa rankings.

When I installed it Brazil showed up on the rankings a few days later with about 1% and grew for two weeks up to 7.7%.

Now that I've uninstalled the toolbar the Brazil rank has slowly dropped to about 6.2% and drops a bit daily, the inverse after I installed it. Just as expected.

However, the drop is slower than the rapid rise because the rise was so relevant to my testing the site. I spent between 20-40 hours straight one weekend testing the site while the toolbar was installed. That's all day and all evening for a couple days straight. That gave the Alexa Brazil rank the spike up. When those days roll off the moving average it should drop to zero.

Incidentally, the bug list was created May 19th and I haven't heard a thing other than "we're fixing it." Me and my friends are down around $100,000 on this stock - just so you know...
