Why don't you ask him? I'm sure he can give you a better answer than anyone on the board.
Here is my own question for the board: Why does energymannj need to make scores of posts on this issue? Would not one suffice? Why does he keep posting about this again and again and again?
I will be posting 200 more times on this issue today.
After that I will call energyman fifty times and if he does not answer immediately every time and answer all questions to my satisfaction I will conclude he is hostile to fellow investors and has something to hide.

I had a lengthy conversation w/ Larry Sanford this morning.
He WILL NOT release permission to Stock Transfer Online to give me, so I can give you, third party confirmation that the company's current O/S is still under 60,ooo,ooo. as of today's date.
When I asked Larry, what his official "on the record" comment is, as to why he feels it is not necessary to to allow definitive third party confirmation to the current company O/S count to his long and serious investors.
His Reply was "I don't feel it is necessary at this time"........lol
