riskanalyst re SUWN. This 424B3 filing reflects the SB-2 filing info that was initially filed back on 4/27.

I'm never clear on what the actual difference is between the 424B filings and the SB-2, S-1, S-3 registrations....

Has the SEC declared the SUWN shares registered under these prospectuses to be "effective?"
