There is legal things to consider when (TWO) or more shareholders of record commence/ enter into w/out contractual terms, a "Conference call" so to speak.

And then quote it openly on public forum >>> I can send you some case history if you like >>>don't go that route....IMO go to the T/A that is a bonified, by legalities to confirm truthfully....trust me on this one.
