The 504 is not in play anymore!! Get that fact straight!

Yes, accredited investors are selling still, just the shares that were sold to them via the 504 a week+ ago... Berman cannot add any more shares to the market via the 504. If the share count goes up from here, he's using issuing restricted shares to pay for claims.
