Seems like now would be the time to file complaints with the SEC.
I know ACMG is a non-reporting pink, but the SEC should still be concerned about a company that announces a dividend and an acquistion, but now has no working phone number, no real address and management that has totally disappeared. What do you have to lose? Another couple weeks and it will be down to a penny.

I'm just relieved I got out at 3 cents.
