I don't think the O/S count has risen recently to where it is. I think it's been there for a while. I just think management rounded off the figure to 60 million. I think 504 issued shares (were/are) still being sold. Not a biggie. If people want to panic and sell, I'll certainly be a buyer of more shares. The issuance of the 504 shares has been over for quite some time. I simply think a few of the recipients were holding out for higher prices to cash in shares.
