I would venture to say the O/S has increased 10% about 6-8 million more shares added in the last two month span !

Based upon what I know is locked up (in the Tri-State area), and the recent action in the stock of late.

This is just (ALRY) stock speculation, but I feel that the strange trading activity last weeks end....the few days we had explosive volume at end day...and more specifically Friday's shady appearance by NITE and it dropping off.

I bet it was the seller of the last 600 acre Bayless addition, cutting loose some of that 144 he got for the leases (all if not some)...if it was not him it was some other 144, from a rig buy or something...IMO (lets us not forget Friday was the end of the month also))).LOL < big hint

And remember this, if they did not give him CASH for the deal or (504/reg) what did the give him........cookies? (144)

If he did not sell it yet, let's not forget it still is out there....IMO
