Dr. Moro is indeed very bright but as for the BOD, the only weak link is Wittenberg. Dr. Gold is also Impeccable as is Dr. Moro. Their ability in running the company might be in question but given the start the company had leaving it with no funds and a lot convertible notes, they have done pretty well getting by on nothing. All of those convertible notes from years ago have stock and warrants that have only recently become a negative factor in the share price.
