Energas stimulates well #2

OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma -- (BUSINESS WIRE) – December 10, 2003 -- Energas Resources Inc. (OTCBB: EGSR) is pleased to announce the stimulation results for well #2 in the company’s eastern Kentucky project. Well #2, which initially produced at a natural rate of 80 MCFD, is now flowing at a rate of 320,000 cubic feet of natural gas per day (320 MCFD) after stimulation.

Energas Resources owns 100% of the working interest in these wells in eastern Kentucky. Further announcements will be forthcoming.
