An appeal must be based on judicial error. So that's what Fluffy has to try to prove. I don't think it'll be easy. Frankly, I don't think it'll be possible. That's why I believe the court of appeals will refuse to hear the case. If they agree to hear it, then the whole thing will drag on for awhile longer.

Altomare scarcely "coined" the phrase "outside the box". Does he have the chutzpah to claim he did?
