Sounds like something from either James Allen or Kahlil Gibran. Both great men and both knew that thoughts create your reality. Remember, in the Garden of Eden, Adam named the animals and they became what he named them. We always name our own problems and most of the time, unless we are trapped in the collective consciousness, create our own problems, too. As a man thinketh so is he.
