You get the rig inspected where they are getting the refabrication/work done rig it up and down test it inspect it,then move it to the lease back it up to the well and get to work.If they have to inspect it at the lease that would not make sense what if there was a problem do ya ship it all they way back NO IMO I think this rig is coming out of TEXAS
