I admire the company for releasing this news during what is usually a slow news week. Shows they're not trying to pump the share price by selectively releasing news. The anti-bioterrorism application is a new angle to me. Anyone have thoughts on how this might play out?
I presume they're talking about antidotes to biologic agents such as anthrax. I wonder though if an inhalant could be developed for our troops that could be used prior to a suspected biologic attack. If there is governmental interest, it might mean some fairly quick up-front money for development.
Homeland Security seems to have a lot of loose funds that they can dole out quickly.
