Hello all - I'm sitting on RSDS and not necessarily does it mean that the company is still selling. When the 504 is closed and the company/TA issues the last batch of shares to the mm's - there is still an "inventory" of sorts that needs to be eaten through before the stock actually moves. If you look back at any of the ending dilution plays - most all take a few days for that inventory to be depleted. So closing the 504 on the 1st would mean we have a few days of whatever inventory the mm's either still had or that the company gave out at the close of it to go through. ETIM was the same - amongst many others. Some get depleted faster than others depending on the news that the company puts out - volume, etc. Pretty much just a wait it out deal for me - however I am trying to add these dips. All imo only.
