Our Charlotte, NC investors have committed to open several stores
relatively quickly.

Our San Diego investor is also committed to open many stores once he gets his first store open and operating. He plans to open in Southern CA, Nevada and Texas.

Our Milwaukee franchisee has several other locations in mind to open mulitple stores, their first store is doing very well. Bob Fidler, a large investor from Los Angeles plans to open several stores throughout LA, Hawaii, Las Vesgas and other West Coast locations.

Most stock and investor questions I will differ to Tom Dugita. I do know that Tom and Bill Vowler have been working on a 'State of the Union' letter that will be sent to investors and potential investors and it will be posted on the website. It details what we've done and what we are planning to do. This will probably answer a lot of your questions.
