1. Volume/price interaction after the buyout announcement suggested that there was dumping on that day. Subsequent days had better than average volume, but price fell. This suggests that there was not so much interest in buyung the stock. i.e. no aggresive buying.
2. This company has not (edit) followed on most of the things it PRed. If you want to be objective, you will accept that there is a lot wrong there(RED FLAGS).
