Still waiting for the share structure of this company. They updated pink sheets with the company description but no share info just yet. The stock has tanked because its transfer agent is select american, who now is known as fairross (please correct me if I am wrong). There were hearings last week about select american and some of its employees allegedly printing fake shares.
