I have not been told anything about a new company, I will ask
Cal about it if I can reach him this afternoon. If it does happen our Stock should remain in tact as he has said so. If it does not remain FASC shares, then at least in the new Company I would think. Who told you there was going to be a new Company?

As far as Prince George goes, yes the S-8's are 90% done. But Prince George needs to come up with more money and they want to see working s-8's as I understand it. There are three other deals that "will" happen this quarter. I do not think Prince George will be this quarter yet. Minn Alfalfa may likely fall into next quarter if they place their order for the second s-8 this summer.
