I see buyout pr on nasdaq or ny exchange and boom price jumps close to buyout price.
I see buyout pr on pink sheet and price is below price after buyout pr?
Everyone scratches their head and wonders, is this real?
Reason when buyout is announced on big board they do not hide behind katrix.
