Does anybody know how many preferred shares are outstanding?
The 2004 balance sheet shows 5 mill. pref. shares, the 2005 balance sheet is silent about that.
If the par value is $10, that would be $50 mill, a huge amount, so I hope that is not true.
Also, on April 10 there was supposed to be a court date in the lawsuit against the bank, does anybody know how that went?
