Received a reply from Theresa about the guarantee. With her permission to quote her she said "my office will remain silent on this issue as we know clarity on this subject is imminent."

And just to remind those who are in contact with this company or any other company. We need to make sure we have their permission to post/quote their responses prior to posting the information. Remember, this company does have someone reading the ihub forums, as do other companies I suppose and if you post something without prior permission. You just might never get another response from them. I am sure you wouldn't want them posting the emails you have sent them, to the website blog, with out your permission. So out of professional courtesy we should make sure we have permission to post/quote them. Also getting permission before hand will help build trust and a shareholder relationship with the company. JMHO
