At about $.05, the risk is greater than the potential payout here.

I'd need to feel like the pps could go to a $1 or 2 to invest here.

That way, if it falls short of that mark, I still make $.25 or .40 or whatever a share.

To much risk to make only a nickel a share from these levels.

And the nickel is a maybe at that.
