During the spring of last year, GOD forbid I could find skates for my son at Wal*Mart - but sure had the paint balls and guns available.

OT: I am not so involved in this topic but the goal wasn't to confiscate guns, but to have them registered. Kastelco can correct me.

OOT: Lately I am not so sure, but I thought all of Canada had fewer homicides than Detroit for many years.. Have you seen Bowling for Columbine. Funny one there - "if you open up any bank account with us you can get a gun; and you have lots to choose from and have them all in stock". (you don't see this - in the movie you see the account opening then getting the gun and leaving the bank). On Oprah, Michael Moore said the entire process from opening the account to walking out with a shotgun was about all of 1/2 hour.

Anyways my 2 cents..
