So talk to me...is there (from your lawyer's talk) any chance we shareholders can make a case against Fat Frankie?

To see that lying POS in a jail cell wouldn't pay for the crap he has put us through BUT it be worth it along with a tax write off for next year...and then this will be put to rest.
