It is pretty hard to value a company that has not filed a decent quarterly report since a merger. I would say that the company was pretty much worthless before the merger. I doubt it has much value after the merger either. A Russian oil company is not going to just give itself away. I have seen these type of oil deals before, and they are usually scams. Maybe this one is different, but I doubt it.
