Why have these two heavy weights all of a sudden joined the board of directors of a BUGS subsidiary that is doing contract work for the entire country of Mexico? Google U.S. Microbics along with these two men's names(one at a time) to see what they have been up too. Look at the financing that has already been set in place for cleanup projects generated by oil spills at Pemex caused by leaks, hurricanes, and other forces. It's over $50MM dollars at the present time. Now, if the financing is for over $50MM, how much do you think that the contracts that BUGS will be working on will amount too? I'm pretty sure that I know, but I would like to see some of your estimates first. How many companies have you seen in your lifetime(selling for under $1/share)that can call up $50MM (and more) in financing for their projects? The addition of Serrano & Lorden bring in two highly experienced people in the world of business and finance. The contract amounts will be huge and BUGS is the chosen company to carry on the contract work. And you can be sure that both Fernando Serrano & Dr. Ricardo Lorden know how high BUGS will 'fly' and that is why they have joined the board of directors.
