Whats the deal with the cash dividend? anything worth getting into?

i already got two cd's from PAIM one is of the phillipines oil shares.

I got that just by having the CD that Paim issued a while back, so maybe cause i'm holding that CD i'll be already allowed to recieve this cash dividend. we shall see let me know all if you know anything more thanks.
