If you have 50000 shares at .10 then you have 5k
If you now get get 80000 and the price drops to .07 then you have 5.6K now since the PPS already dropped on expectation of dilution. (Since nobody would care if a co. increased the AS unless they expected them to eventually be issued) you might not see a sixty percent hike in your holdings but with my scenario you see a 10% hike or effectively a ten percent dividend which is almost unheard of for pinks. And then factor in the 1 for three foreign share dividend after your share count has increased.
Honestly do you think that your holdings will be worth more or less after these events?
I keep hearing these conspiracy theories but not one of the nay sayers can back up their assertions with anything but double talk and verbal vagueries.
